Jordanian family pleads with Emirati court to transfer brother to Jordan
The family of Jordanian Muhammad Mahmoud Majali appealed to Emirati judges to help them transfer him from the Emirates to Jordan to complete his treatment, after he was exposed to severe bleeding in the brain and fluid accumulation in the head, which led to his complete loss of consciousness and his coma, due to high blood pressure.
Omar Al-Qudah, Shaq Muhammad, recounted the details of what happened with his eldest brother, saying that his brother Muhammad, on the first days of the blessed month of Ramadan of the current year 2021, was exposed to severe bleeding in the brain and fluid accumulation in the head, which led to a complete loss of consciousness and a coma, a cause hypertension.
He added that his brother was transferred to Rashid Governmental Hospital in Dubai, where an urgent operation was performed on him and the bleeding was stopped. However, his brother remained in a coma for a week, as the bleeding caused a stroke, and one of his bones was forced to be removed from his skill in order to relieve pressure on the head.
After the surgery, he fell into a complete coma, and the left side of his brain lost activity.
According to what Omar Al-Qudah mentioned, quoting the doctor supervising his brother Omar’s condition, there is no treatment for him at Rashid Hospital in Dubai, and he must be transferred to Jordan for surgery to restore the bone to his brother’s head after it was removed from his skull.
The judges called on the competent authorities in Jordan to provide a special evacuation plane equipped with a medical staff, to transport his brother Muhammad from the UAE to the Kingdom, to complete his treatment.
