Oman extends night curfew hours to limit spread of coronavirus

Thursday, Oman announced the extension of the night curfew hours, with movement and commercial activities to be restricted between 10pm and 4am until further notice, the government said.

This came in order to limit the spread of the coronavirus in Oman.

Cases in the country of around 4.5 million people, have started to rise again after showing a decrease since mid-June.

Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, Oman has confirmed 295,535 cases and 3,802 deaths.
