VIDEO: Zarqa crime victim shares video using prosthetic arms

The 16-year-old Zarqa crime victim, identified as Saleh, who was violently attacked by a group of men who gouged his eyes out and severed off his forearms in October, posted videos of himself on TikTok using his newly-fitted prosthetic arms.
