Thursday, Interior Minister Mazen al-Faraya announced that the government has designated a whatsapp number (0790333066) to receive citizens' complaints regarding services provided by the ministry.

In a press statement, Faraya said this aims to make it easier for citizens to voice their concerns and submit their complaints. He noted that all complaints will be addressed immediately and in accordance with the applicable laws.
