A total of 39 deaths and 2,337 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in Jordan on Sunday, all of which are local cases, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis to 53,087.

<li>83 in Aqaba</li>
<li>31 in Balqa</li>
<li>21 in Karak</li>
<li>12 in Jerash</li>

<li>One in Mafraq</li>
<li>21 in Ma'an, one of which in Petra</li>
<li>15 in Ajloun</li>
<li>Two in Madaba</li>
<li>Zero cases in Zarqa</li>
</ul>
The death toll since the beginning of the crisis has reached 579.
A total of 14,861 PCR tests have been conducted on Sunday, bringing the total number of PCR tests since March to 1,710,076.
