Six deaths, 543 new coronavirus cases in Palestine
Palestine has recorded six deaths and 543 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours, announced the Palestinian Minister of Health, Mai al-Kileh, on Monday.
The death involved five in West Bank and one in Jerusalem.
The recovery rate stands at 87.7%, while the active cases rate is 11.5%, and the death rate is 0.8%.
The new coronavirus cases included: 79 in Hebron, 69 in Nablus, 70 in Bethlehem, 15 in Qalqilya, 35 in Jenin, 40 in Ramallah and al-Bireh, seven in Tubas, seven in Salfit, 15 in Jericho and al-Aghwar, 43 in Tulkarem, 77 in Gaza Strip, 28 in the suburbs of Jerusalem and 62 in Jerusalem.
A total of 572 recovery cases involved: 59 in Hebron, 20 in Jenin, 17 in Qalqilya, 169 in Ramallah and al-Bireh, 98 in Nablus and 63 209 in Jerusalem.
Currently, 39 cases are in the Intensive Care Unit and five are on ventilators.
