A total of 103 new COVID-19 cases have been recorded in Jordan on Tuesday,99 of which are local cases, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis to 2,581, announced the Minister of Health, Saad Jaber.
One new COVID-19 death was recorded in Jordan on Tuesday, involving woman in her fifties. The number of COVID-19 deaths in Jordan now totals 19.
The cases include; 57 cases in Amman, 25 in Karak, five in Balqaa, two in Irbid, seven in Zarqa and three in Jerash.
Sixty-eight recovery cases have been confirmed in Jordan on Tuesday, Jaber added.
A total of 12,104 PCR tests have been conducted on Tuesday, bringing the total number of tests since the beginning of the coronavirus crisis to 915,469.
