According to the statement, six recovery cases were reported today, including five at Prince Hamzah Hospital and one at King Abdullah University Hospital.

"A total of 5,422 random tests have been conducted today, bringing the total number of tests conducted since the beginning of the crisis to 240,436," the statement indicated.

The Ministry of Health notes that "this is the first time that more than ten local cases have been recorded since we reached the "moderate risk" level and if more than ten cases continue to be recorded over seven consecutive days, we will return to the "average risk" level at which we will reimpose strict measures and comprehensive curfew in the weekends and extend the curfew hours," according to the statement.

Therefore, the Ministry of Health calls on all citizens to follow the utmost caution, adhere to health precautions, wear face masks and practice social distancing, as sectors are reopening.

The Ministry also calls on all citizens to download the Aman.jo application and activate it to receive alerts if they had direct contact with infected people in order to protect themselves, facilitate the process of tracking contacts, and expedite the detection of cases.
