Student returning from Russia tests positive for coronavirus

A student returning to the Kingdom from Russia has tested positive for coronavirus, the Director-General of Prince Hamzah Hospital, Dr. Abdulrazzaq Khashman has just announced.

In press statements, Khashman added that five students suspected of having the virus were tested and the results were negative.

A total of nine flights have arrived at Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) since the reopening of the airspace last Sunday.

The flights were carrying 1,733 passengers stranded abroad, according to what was announced on Thursday, May 7, by the Airport Security and Protection Director, Brigadier General Khaled Al-Shanteer.
