Minister of Health Saad Jaber announced on late Tuesday, April 14, that one recovered coronavirus patient in Jordan tested positive again on Monday, April 13.

In a statement he made, Jaber said that one of the two truck drivers who tested positive yesterday is from Irbid while the other is from Amman.

Jaber added that the government is looking for solutions with regard to truck drivers who arrive from abroad, stressing that Jordan has succeeded in curbing the spread of the virus, although no country has succeeded in eradicating it.

Jaber urged the Jordanians to "think about their beloved ones to protect them from the virus."

"We have 1,500 artificial respiration devices," he stated, confirming that Jordan will receive 200 new devices within days.

Jaber pointed out that some people get infected with the virus without showing any symptoms and transmit it to many others.
