Two public holidays coming up for Jordan

Jordan has two public holidays to enjoy just before and straight after the year 2020 lands on our doorsteps, and they both fall on a Wednesday.

Christmas Day (December 25) and New Year’s Day (January 1) are the two official days off you can look forward to.

Christmas is a wonderful time in the Kingdom, with dozens of shops, restaurants, cafes and houses putting up a Christmas tree, decorations and fairy lights, and hosting festive events for the jolly season.
