The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) has called on people, who use the buses operating through the Amman Modern Vision for Transportation Company "Amman Bus", to not smoke when they get on the buses.

In a post on its Facebook official page, GAM said, "#Amman_Bus should be free of smoking. Smoking inside any of the buses is not allowed and those who smoke may be fined or put in jail. Consider the bus as yours and remember that everyone has the right to breathe clean air."
