Algerian military helicopter crashes at Qamar airport in northeastern state of Valley

Algerian military helicopter crashed on Thursday, May 2, 2019, after it was only 20 meters from the ground.

The Algerian Ennahar TV confirmed that the helicopter crashed near Qamar airport in the northeastern state of the valley, injuring the pilot and his assistant.

Civil protection units immediately rushed to the scene to rescue the pilot and referred him and his assistant to a nearby hospital for treatment.
