The Assistant Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Adnan Ishaq has confirmed today that the Jordanian citizen infected with coronavirus left the quarantine at Prince Hamza Hospital, as he has recovered from the virus.

"The citizen has undergone a medical examination and tested negative for the virus," Ishaq stressed.

"Jordan has become free from any corona cases," he confirmed.

The first corona case in Jordan was announced on Monday, March 2.

The Jordanian citizen, Mohammad Abd Al Haleem Al Hyari, was infected with the virus after he arrived from Italy, a country with dozens of people infected with the virus.
