A mass funeral was held in Gaza City for 105 Palestinians whose remains were recently recovered from beneath destroyed buildings.
The remains had been trapped under the rubble since October 2023. Families and mourners gathered as they were carried to Sheikh Radwan cemetery for burial.
For many families, this was the first chance in nearly three years to finally bury their loved ones.

The Bright Minds Palestinian Academy in North Sinai began with around 150 children and has expanded to about 350 students. The school was also approved by local authorities in Al Arish.
After years of disrupted education, the school gives these children the chance to return to a classroom and continue learning.
