Activists from the Standing Together movement interrupted a conference held by the Together Party at Kfar HaMaccabiah, using loudspeakers to play statements supporting the establishment of a Palestinian state alongside 'Israel'.
The protest coincided with Yair Lapid taking the stage. Activists also revealed shirts carrying the slogan “Yes to a Palestinian state” and called on the next 'Israeli' government to resume negotiations with the Palestinian leadership.
The demonstration was part of a campaign by Standing Together calling for a government committed to pursuing a political agreement and a two-state solution.
