Rescuers are recovering bodies from a six-storey apartment building in Gaza City's Tal al-Hawa neighborhood after it collapsed overnight.
Gaza's Civil Defence agency said the building had been damaged in earlier 'Israeli' strikes.
The agency reported that at least 12 people, including five children, were killed and more than 100 remain missing.
