Palestinians in the town of Qusra pick through the charred remains of a mosque that they say was torched by ‘Israeli’ settlers, following deadly clashes in the occupied West Bank that left six people dead.

According to Qusra's mayor, the settlers spray-painted Hebrew graffiti on the mosque's walls, including the word "revenge." The ‘Israeli’ military has said that soldiers dispatched to the scene "identified signs of arson and graffiti."

Around 16,000 residents have been forced to evacuate as wildfires continue to spread around La Vall d’Uixó in Spain’s Valencia region, with firefighters battling the fast-moving blaze.
