More than a week after the latest Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refinerines, long queues of cars still form outside several gas stations in Moscow.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has acknowledged that the country has been facing “challenges” including fuel shortages, amid the Ukrainian strikes.
