Pakistan's Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi is welcomed by his Iranian counterpart Eskandar Momeni after arriving in Tehran for an unannounced visit.  

 Iranian state media says the two discussed bilateral relations, including joint measures to facilitate border trade, transit and the exchange of goods between the neighbouring countries.
