Destruction seen at the Al-Moataz residential tower in western Gaza City after an overnight ‘Israeli’ strike.

Smoke billows from the damaged building as footage shows rubble scattered across multiple floors and residents walking through the devastated area.

According to local residents, families and displaced people were inside the tower at the time of the strike.

The ‘Israeli’ army said it targeted Ezzedine al-Haddad, a senior commander in Hamas’s armed wing, during a series of strikes in the area.
