Jordan has organized the largest communal Iftar for displaced Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip to mark Laylat al-Qadr, the holiest night of Ramadan. The "Maa'edat al-Karama" (Table of Dignity) was organized by the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) in coordination with Tkiyet Um Ali. The footage shows thousands of displaced residents gathering at long tables to break their fast together, sharing hot meals prepared in local production kitchens established by Jordanian relief teams.
