Footage shows German police pushing demonstrators during Gaza solidarity protest

• This comes amid protests across Europe demanding an end to ‘Israeli’ strikes on Gaza.

Police pushed several demonstrators during a pro-Palestinian protest in Berlin on Friday, with footage captured by Ryad Aref, showing officers moving against protesters during a tense moment at the gathering.

The demonstration was held in solidarity with civilians in Gaza. Video from the scene shows several police officers pushing demonstrators as the confrontation unfolded.

Berlin has seen repeated pro-Palestinian demonstrations since the start of the ‘Israeli’ assault on Gaza, with clashes and disputes between protesters and police reported at multiple previous gatherings.
