The announcement, posted to social media on Thursday, directly addresses his recent high-profile removal from Ed Sheeran’s US stadium tour following his onstage political statements.
"What happened to me is bigger than one artist or one stage," Macklemore wrote.

The tour will feature performances under the banner "Macklemore and Friends" and is scheduled to kick off in Europe this October with shows in Dublin on October 26 at 3Arena, Paris on October 29 at Accor Arena, and London on October 30 at OVO Arena Wembley.
Proceeds from the tour will benefit various international and local relief organizations, including UNRWA USA, Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), Anera, the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF), Jewish Voice for Peace, and the Gaza Soup Kitchen.
