'Israel’s' Foreign Ministry on Wednesday accused the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) of unlawfully occupying a facility in Qalandia, saying the agency had never held property rights over the site.
In a statement posted on X, the ministry said the facility is intended to serve as a school and community center for Arab children in the Kafr Aqab neighborhood.
The ministry also defended 'Israel’s' decision to prohibit UNRWA activities, citing what it described as “conclusive evidence” that agency employees participated in the October 7 massacre and that some employees had served as Hamas operatives.

“Those who would rather make baseless attacks against Israel than act in the best interests of the children of Kafr Aqab are displaying cynicism at its worst,” the ministry said.
