17 hours ago|Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has expressed gratitude to Pakistan for facilitating the repatriation of Iranian crew members from a vessel seized by the United States during its blockade activities near the Strait of Hormuz.
According to Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry, 22 crew members from the Lenore/Davina vessel were transferred to Karachi as part of the repatriation process.
In a phone call with Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Araghchi thanked Islamabad for its diplomatic efforts and its continued support for advancing peace talks with Washington, the ministry said in a post on X.
