The United States Ambassador to ‘Israel’ Mike Huckabee brazenly declared on Tuesday that the United States would not exist without ‘Israel’, attributing it to the historical and biblical ties binding the two.

Speaking at the opening of the International Conference on ‘Israeli’ Heritage in the West Bank, held at Herodium National Park, Huckabee highlighted the Jewish foundations of American identity.

Huckabee stated, “It is your heritage, without a doubt. But it is also the heritage of the United States. Without Israel, without the Jewish foundation, there would not be America.”

“We owe our very existence to what happened in this land,” he added.

The ambassador’s comments came in direct response to recent statements by President Donald Trump at the G7 summit in France.

Trump had criticized ‘Israel’s’ ongoing military campaign against Hezbollah in Lebanon as too prolonged and causing excessive civilian casualties.

“Without me, there would be no Israel, because no other president was willing to do what I did. I have had a great relationship with Bibi. Now Bibi has to be more responsible with respect to Lebanon,” Trump said.

He suggested Syria could assume a greater role in addressing the threat and asserted that ‘Israel’ would not exist without American support.

Huckabee, a longtime evangelical supporter of ‘Israel’ and former Arkansas governor, has consistently advocated for stronger ties.
