  • 'Israel' releases all 428 flotilla activists.
  • Flotilla says 'Israel' failed to crush solidarity.
  • Coalition vows to continue pro-Palestine campaign.

The Global Sumud Flotilla has issued an official statement following the mass release of its captured personnel, asserting that 'Israel' succumbed to its own failures after attempting to break the spirit of the international civilian mission.

The announcement follows the full release of all 428 solidarity activists who had been intercepted and detained by 'Israeli' forces.

The coalition characterized the release as a defeat for 'Israel's' broad campaign to halt the maritime aid initiative.

"After repeated attempts to demoralize, criminalize and suppress global solidarity, israel succumbs to its own failures and releases all our 428 activists," the Flotilla stated.

Call for global mobilization

Despite the high-seas interceptions and subsequent detentions, the activist network maintained an uncompromising tone regarding the future of their movement and the broader political landscape.

The group insisted that their multi-national effort has not been weakened by the military clampdown.

"Palestinian liberation is inevitable. We call for the world to rise up against the genocide, blockade, imprisonment and occupation of Palestine." The statement from the Global Sumud Flotilla.

Concluding its communique, the humanitarian coalition issued a direct warning that it would continue to launch maritime challenges against the coastal blockade.

Reaffirming their commitment to reaching the territory, the organizers declared: "We won’t stop, we won’t be deterred."
