The ‘Israeli’ military claimed Saturday it launched a probe into footage released by Lebanese media showing soldiers damaging solar panels with excavators, in the Christian village of Debel.
“The actions seen in the video do not align with the values of the IDF and the conduct expected of its soldiers,” the ‘Israeli’ military said, cited by “The Times of Israel”.

Lebanese media said that damage was also caused to water infrastructure, homes, roads, and trees in the area.
Last week, a photo surfaced showing an ‘Israeli’ soldier smashing a statue of Jesus with a sledgehammer in the same village.
