A video circulating online claimed to show 'Israel' Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu speaking, with social media users asserting it was created using artificial intelligence. The claim centered on an apparent six-finger anomaly on Netanyahu’s hand, a visual error often linked to AI-generated deepfake content.

Open-source research and fact-checking of the full speech on the official Government Press Office (GPO) website found no evidence of a sixth finger. The six-finger appearance is a visual glitch, confirming that the video does not reflect the original footage.

The original video, posted by Netanyahu on his official X account, shows no such anomaly. Digital forensics analysis using the Have Moderation tool confirmed the clip’s authenticity, showing no evidence of AI generation. Claims suggesting the altered video implied Netanyahu’s absence or death were also found baseless.

Netanyahu Confirms Ongoing Operations Against Iran
In a separate statement, Netanyahu reaffirmed 'Israel’s' military and security operations targeting Iran’s missile and nuclear capabilities. He emphasized coordination with the United States under what he described as an “unprecedented alliance”, aimed at preventing Tehran from developing weapons that could threaten 'Israel'.
