Security forces and the Royal Engineering Corps responded on Saturday after missile debris fell in several locations across Irbid Governorate, following loud explosions that shook residential areas.
According to a correspondent for Roya News, the debris landed in the Aban area on empty land near residential neighborhoods, causing no human or material damage. Authorities established security perimeters around the affected sites and engineering teams swept the areas to ensure they were free of hazardous materials.
Similar debris fell in the Northern Jordan Valley near the border earlier Saturday morning and again later in the day, with no injuries reported.
The incidents occur amid escalating regional missile activity, including intercepted projectiles entering Jordanian airspace. Officials urged citizens to avoid unfamiliar objects, report them immediately to security forces, and rely only on official sources for information to prevent panic.
