The Bahrain Defence Force announced on Saturday that its air defense systems have successfully intercepted and destroyed 124 missiles and 203 drones since the start of Iranian attacks on the kingdom.

According to the Bahrain News Agency, the attacks involved ballistic missiles and drones targeting civilian areas and private property.

The Defence Force described these strikes as a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the United Nations Charter, warning that the indiscriminate attacks pose a direct threat to regional peace and security.

Earlier reports indicated that Bahrain had already intercepted 112 missiles and 186 Iranian drones targeting the country, highlighting the ongoing escalation in the region.
