Iran talks with US limited to nuclear file: Khamenei’s senior advisor

Ali Larijani, a senior advisor to Iran’s supreme leader Ali Khamenei, said Tuesday that the Islamic Republic only negotiated the nuclear file with the United States.

“Washington did not include military or missile issues in the nuclear talks, unlike in the past,” Larijani said, quoted by state media.

“We may see shifts in political positions in the next phase,” he added.
