Three Palestinian civilians were killed on Sunday by 'Israeli' fire in central and southern areas of the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian medical sources.

The Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA) cited medical officials as saying that a 20-year-old man was shot dead by 'Israeli' military vehicles in the Abu Al-Ajeen area, east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza.

The sources added that a young woman died earlier in the day from injuries sustained during an 'Israeli' strike on her family’s home on Al-Dakhiliya Street in central Rafah during the war. Her death brings her to join her four children, who were previously killed in the same attack.

In a separate incident, one Palestinian was killed and another seriously wounded following 'Israeli' artillery shelling on the town of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza.

According to WAFA, the total number of Palestinians killed by 'Israeli' forces since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 11 has risen to 579, with at least 1,544 others injured.
