Jordan welcomes US-Iran talks in Oman

The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates welcomed the opening of negotiations between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran in Oman’s capital, Muscat.
Spokesperson Ambassador Fuad Al-Majali said Jordan fully appreciates this diplomatic step aimed at easing regional tensions.
“The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan hopes these talks will lead to a comprehensive agreement that serves both parties’ interests and strengthens security and stability in the region,” he added.

He reiterated the importance of resolving crises through diplomacy and dialogue, emphasizing that peaceful solutions positively benefit all people in the region.
