The Hind Rajab Foundation, in cooperation with Canadian Lawyers for International Human Rights, has formally notified Canadian authorities of serious concerns regarding the entry of former ‘Israeli’ soldier Guy Hochman into Canada.

The move comes ahead of Hochman’s scheduled comedy show in Toronto on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026. Hochman currently works as a comedian and online content creator.

In a joint statement, the two organizations confirmed their intention to file a criminal complaint against Hochman in the coming days. The complaint is based on public activities and statements attributed to him, which they say amount to incitement to war and military propaganda.

Allegations outlined

According to the statement, the planned complaint centers on several alleged actions.

These include Hochman’s public participation in blocking humanitarian aid trucks bound for the Gaza Strip, where he reportedly described the aid as “weapons for the enemy.”

The organizations also accuse him of encouraging others to obstruct the delivery of humanitarian assistance to civilians.

In addition, they cite what they describe as aggressive propaganda, alleging that Hochman engaged in political advocacy and content production that promoted retaliatory narratives and aggressive policies against Palestinians.

The Hind Rajab Foundation has previously pursued legal action in multiple jurisdictions against current and former ‘Israeli’ military personnel over war crimes.
