  • A Palestinian man from the West Bank killed two ‘Israelis’ in a multi-stage operation involving a car-ramming in Beit She'an and a fatal stabbing along Route 71 in northern ‘Israel’.
  • The assailant, who entered ‘Israel’ without a permit, was shot and wounded by an armed civilian in the city of Afula before being transported to a hospital.

A Palestinian man from the occupied West Bank killed two ‘Israelis’ Friday in a stabbing and car-ramming operation in northern ‘Israel’, according to ‘Israeli’ police and emergency services.

The operation spanned multiple locations before the suspect was killed by gunfire.

Attacks Across Northern Districts

The violence began in the settlement of Beit She'an (Beisan), where police say the suspect used a vehicle to strike a passer-by.

Magen David Adom, ‘Israel’s’ national emergency medical service, reported that the victim of the ramming, an adult male, succumbed to his injuries.

The suspect then moved toward Route 71, where an ‘Israeli’ woman was stabbed to death. Medical teams confirmed her death shortly after arriving at the scene.

Assailant Neutralized in Afula

The attack ended in the city of Afula, where an armed civilian intervened.

"The suspect was eventually confronted with gunfire after a civilian bystander intervened," a police statement said.

The assailant was wounded and transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The ‘Israeli’ military said that the attacker was a resident of the West Bank who did not possess a valid permit to be in ‘Israel’.

According to military officials, the suspect "infiltrated several days ago."
