  • Hamas strongly condemns Kazakhstan’s decision to join the “Abraham Accords” and strengthen ties with ‘Israel’.
  • The movement calls on all countries to cut relations with ‘Israel’ and support Palestinian resilience.

Hamas issued a statement Friday denouncing Kazakhstan’s recent announcement to join the so-called “Abraham Accords” and enhance relations with ‘Israel’.

The movement described the move as an attempt to “whitewash the genocide” committed by ‘Israel’ against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Hamas emphasized that, with ‘Israel’ facing increasing international isolation and its leaders accused as “war criminals wanted by the International Criminal Court,” any move toward normalization constitutes a betrayal of the Palestinian cause and rewards its ongoing aggression.

Calls for Cutting Ties and Supporting Palestine

In its statement, Hamas urged all countries to immediately sever all forms of relations with ‘Israel’ and refrain from engaging in any normalization projects.

The movement also stressed the importance of supporting Palestinian resilience and backing efforts to achieve freedom, independence, and the establishment of a sovereign Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.

Hamas framed any current step toward normalization as effectively aligning with the aggressive policies of the occupation in Gaza and the West Bank.

The statement underscores the movement’s continued opposition to diplomatic or economic engagement with ‘Israel’ during ongoing aggression.
