'Israel' war minister: destroy tunnels, eliminate Hamas fighters, disarm Gaza

'Israel’s' War Minister Israel Katz on Wednesday outlined the tactical and strategic objectives of the ongoing military operations in the Gaza Strip.

Hebrew media quoted Katz as saying that the army is currently “working in Gaza to destroy the tunnels,” while focusing efforts on “eliminating Hamas operatives in the yellow zone.”

Katz emphasized the ultimate goals of the campaign, stating, “Our aim is to recover the bodies of all hostages.”

He added that 'Israel' seeks to “disarm Hamas and completely strip the Gaza Strip of weapons.”
