  • Settlers launched synchronized attacks on Palestinian homes in multiple West Bank areas, including Hebron, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem.
  • 'Israeli' forces reportedly blocked Palestinian Red Crescent teams from reaching injured civilians, highlighting systemic protection of settlers.

In a dangerous and coordinated escalation, groups of 'Israeli' settlers carried out a series of simultaneous attacks on Palestinian homes and properties across the West Bank on Saturday evening. The incidents affected areas in Hebron, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem.

The scale and timing of the attacks indicate a new level of coordination and boldness. In one alarming incident, 'Israeli' forces reportedly prevented medical teams from reaching an injured civilian, turning these assaults from isolated acts of violence into an organized intimidation strategy with official protection.

This wave of attacks comes amid an unprecedented rise in settler violence over the past year, reaching record levels in the occupied West Bank. Extremist political rhetoric from 'Israeli' government ministers has further fueled the escalation, providing both political and legal cover for such acts.

Observers say these attacks are not random but serve a strategic goal: intimidating Palestinian communities, especially in Area C under full 'Israeli' security control, to drive forced displacement and expand settler control over Palestinian lands.

Accusations persist that the 'Israeli' army often fails to protect Palestinians and, in many cases, actively shields settlers, creating a climate of impunity.

Recent Incidents:

  • Northern Hebron: Settlers attacked homes in the Qarina area of Surif town, causing panic among residents, especially women and children.
  • Southeast Bethlehem: Another group targeted homes in the village of Al-Minya. The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that 'Israeli' forces prevented medical teams from reaching a physically assaulted individual.
  • Northern Jerusalem: Settlers set fire to the Bedouin community of Khillat Al-Sidra near the town of Mukhmas. Targeting Bedouin communities appears part of a systematic effort to dismantle and displace them from grazing lands.

These simultaneous attacks reflect 'Israel’s' broader policy in the West Bank, aimed at undermining the possibility of a viable Palestinian state by creating a permanent settlement reality.

Despite repeated international condemnation and symbolic sanctions against extremist settlers, the attacks underscore the failure of the global community to provide real protection for Palestinians living under occupation.
