Jordan army foils infiltration attempt on northern border

The Jordanian Northern Military Command successfully thwarted Sunday an attempted infiltration by an individual along its northern front, a statement by the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF) said Monday.

Apprehension After Rules of Engagement Applied

The person was attempting to cross the border illegally. Troops implemented the rules of engagement, apprehended the individual, and transferred the detainee to the competent authorities for further legal action, according to the statement.
