‘Israel’ army says Red Cross receives body of captive in Gaza

20/10/2025 20:56|The ‘Israeli’ military said on Monday that the Red Cross had received the body of a captive held in Gaza as part of a ceasefire deal.
"According to information provided by the Red Cross, a coffin of a deceased hostage has been transferred into its custody and is on the way to IDF (military) troops in the Gaza Strip," the army said in a statement.
This is the 13th body returned since the start of the US-brokered ceasefire.
