Two ‘Israeli’ soldiers injured in explosive device in West Bank: military

Two ‘Israeli’ soldiers were injured by an explosive device hurled at them in the West Bank town of Tubas on Saturday evening.

According to an ‘Israeli’ military statement quoted by Hebrew media, the two soldiers were moderately wounded, adding that the incident took place during “offensive activity”.

‘Israeli’ troops are continuing to operate in Tubas in search of the Palestinian who threw the explosive device.

In the occupied West Bank, ‘Israeli’ soldiers frequently carry out raids, but compared to Gaza, fatalities and casualties are relatively low.

Since October 7, 2023, incidents have increased sharply due to more aggressive ‘Israeli’ incursions.
