King Abdullah II hails Gaza ceasefire as crucial step toward peace
King Abdullah II of Jordan praised the recent ceasefire in Gaza as a significant step toward ending the war and ensuring the safety of civilians, according to a tweet posted by the monarch.
The King emphasized that the ceasefire will allow Gazans to live in safety and receive humanitarian aid without obstruction. He expressed gratitude to US President Donald Trump for his role in facilitating the agreement, as well as to Egypt, Qatar, and Türkiye for their efforts in supporting the truce.
