Crown Prince Hussein visits Qatar

His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II will travel to Doha today, Wednesday, for a meeting with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar.

The visit comes just one day after an 'Israeli' airstrike struck the Qatari capital.

While details of the Crown Prince’s discussions with the Emir have not yet been disclosed, the timing of the visit underscores Jordan’s support for Qatar in the aftermath of the assault.

On Tuesday, the day of 'Israel's' strike, the Crown Prince reaffirmed the country’s support for Qatar’s leadership and people.

The Crown Prince shared a message from King Abdullah II on Instagram Stories, emphasizing that “Qatar’s security is integral to Jordan’s security.”

In his statement, the Crown Prince said, “We stand in full solidarity with Qatar, its leadership and its people, and extend our full support to them in safeguarding their security and sovereignty.”
