Gold prices still stable in Jordanian market Wednesday, Sep 10

10-09-2025 13:50|Gold prices stood still in the Jordanian market on Wednesday, according to the daily bulletin issued by the Jordanian Jewelers Syndicate (JJS) on Sep 10, 2025.
The price of one gram of 21-karat gold, the most traded in Jordan, settled at JOD 73.80 for selling, and JOD 71.30 for purchasing.
Across other gold categories, the bulletin provided the following prices on Wednesday:
- 24-karat gold: JOD 84.50 selling, JOD 82.00 buying
- 18-karat gold: JOD 65.30 selling, JOD 60.80 buying
- 14-karat gold: JOD 49.80 selling, JOD 45.20 buying
As for gold coins:
- The Rashadi lira (weighing 7 grams of 21-carat gold) was priced at JOD 516.6 selling and JOD 499.1 buying.
- The English lira (weighing 7 grams of the same carat) was priced at JOD 590.4 selling and JOD 570.4 buying.
The syndicate noted that its daily bulletin serves as the official reference for goldsmith shops across Jordan, though prices may still vary among private dealers due to differing production costs.
