'Israeli' airstrikes kill, injure civilians in Damascus
Several people were reported killed and injured on Wednesday after the Israeli Occupation carried out airstrikes targeting the Al-Kiswah area in western rural Damascus, a Roya correspondent reported.
According to the correspondent, the strikes intensified during a second wave, with five separate air raids hitting the outskirts of Al-Kiswah. The bombardment resulted in additional material damage to homes and infrastructure in the area.
These attacks are part of an ongoing escalation by 'Israeli' forces across Al-Kiswah and other regions in rural Damascus.

'Israeli' ground forces carried out a raid on a Syrian site near Kisweh, outside Damascus, on Wednesday, following airstrikes the previous day, Syrian state media reported.
The initial strike on Tuesday killed six Syrian soldiers, according to Damascus’ foreign ministry. State-run outlet SANA reported that soldiers had discovered “surveillance and eavesdropping devices” at the location prior to the attack.
A Syrian defense official, speaking to Agence France-Presse (AFP) on condition of anonymity, said the site was a former military base in Tal Maneh, near Kisweh.
After the second attack on Wednesday, SANA stated that 'Israeli' troops were deployed by air for a ground raid, though “the details of which are not yet known, amid continued intensive reconnaissance flights.”
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the site allegedly housed weapons linked to Hezbollah. The Observatory noted that this 'Israeli' ground raid was the first of its kind since the fall of Assad’s regime.
