Mild summer weather across most regions, hot in Jordan Valley and Aqaba

Summer weather will prevail on Thursday with mild conditions across most regions of the Kingdom, while hot weather is expected in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, accompanied by some low-altitude clouds, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department.

Northwesterly winds will be moderate, occasionally active. Conditions are forecast to remain similar through Sunday, with normal summer weather in most areas and hot conditions persisting in the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba.

Temperatures today are expected to range between 31°C and 21°C in East Amman, 29°C and 19°C in West Amman, 27°C and 16°C in the northern highlands, and 28°C and 17°C in the Sharah highlands. In the Badia, highs will reach 36°C and lows 20°C, while the plains will see 32°C and 20°C. The northern Jordan Valley will record 38°C and 24°C, the southern Jordan Valley 41°C and 27°C, the Dead Sea 40°C and 26°C, and Aqaba 40°C and 26°C.
