At least 20 Palestinians were killed and dozens injured in a series of "Israeli" airstrikes and artillery attacks across the Gaza Strip from midnight until Thursday morning, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

In central Gaza, four Palestinians, including two young girls, were killed when an "Israeli" strike hit an apartment in Al-Salhi Tower near Al-Nuseirat refugee camp.

Another four people were killed and several were injured in an airstrike targeting a residential apartment in Al-Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City. In the northern neighborhood of Sheikh Radwan, three more were killed and others wounded when "Israeli" aircraft bombed a home.

Further south in Khan Younis, a man, his wife, and their children were killed after "Israeli" forces struck their house in the western part of the city. In a separate attack, a young girl was killed and others wounded in a strike on a tent near Dream Hall, west of Khan Younis. Two women were also killed when an "Israeli" drone targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in the same area.

One of the deadliest incidents occurred east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, where five people were killed and several wounded while waiting for humanitarian aid.

The attacks are part of an ongoing military campaign that has devastated civilian areas and displaced hundreds of thousands across the Gaza Strip.
