Gaza media office holds 'Israel' accountable for aid truck crash that killed 20 civilians
The Government Media Office in Gaza has placed full responsibility on the Israeli Occupation for the fatal overturning of a food aid truck in Deir al-Balah, which killed at least 20 Palestinians and injured dozens more late Tuesday night.
According to the statement released Wednesday, the office accused Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) of forcing the aid truck to use an unsafe and unprepared route, which led to the truck tipping over in the middle of a large crowd of civilians desperately waiting for food assistance.

The office stressed that this incident is further evidence of the Israeli Occupation’s deliberate endangerment of civilian lives, noting that using humanitarian aid as a tool for political pressure and starvation constitutes a moral and humanitarian crime.
